Performance Psychology

Psychology for the problems success doesn't solve.

Success changes your circumstances. It doesn't automatically change the psychological patterns underneath. This work looks at what's actually driving how you think, perform, relate, and decide.

    Performance

    Pressure. Ambition. Anxiety.

Understand the forces affecting how you think, decide, perform, and respond under pressure. The goal isn't to push harder—it's to see clearly enough to act deliberately.

    People

    Relationships. Leadership. Conflict.

Understand yourself—and the people around you—so you can navigate difficult relationships more effectively instead of repeating the same patterns.

    Career

    Achievement. Direction. Satisfaction.

Explore the psychological forces influencing your career, ambition, decisions, and sense of fulfillment. Achievement and satisfaction are not the same thing.

    Life

    Balance. Relationships. Meaning.

Build a life that doesn't require you to sacrifice everything outside of work to succeed. Success that costs you the rest of your life isn't really success.

    Common questions, answered directly.

    Is this therapy or coaching?+

It's clinical psychological work—grounded in formal training and a decade of psychotherapy practice—applied to the real-world problems successful professionals face. The frame is performance and life satisfaction rather than pathology, so whether it's the right fit depends on what you're dealing with. We clarify that together in the first conversation.

Do I need to have a mental health problem to come in?+

No. Most people who seek this work don't identify as having a mental health problem. They're successful people who recognize that something isn't working the way it should and want to understand what.

    Is this only for executives?+

No. The work suits any mid-career, high-functioning professional—executives, managers, entrepreneurs, advisors, consultants, physicians, attorneys, financial professionals, business owners, and others carrying real responsibility.

Something is getting in the way. Let's figure out what it is.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out. The first step is simply a conversation about what's happening and whether this work makes sense for you.
