The person behind the work
A different perspective on performance.
The path here ran through the business world first, then into psychology, then into more than a decade of psychotherapy. Those two worlds aren't nearly as separate as they're often treated.

Travis Bogan, LCMHC didn't start in psychology. The first chapter was the business world—real responsibility, real pressure, real people. That experience shaped a conviction that's driven the work ever since: the problems successful professionals face can't be understood from one angle alone.
Formal psychological training came next, followed by more than a decade of psychotherapy practice. Over time the work narrowed to the people it was always best suited to: high-functioning, successful professionals who want a deeper level of understanding than coaching or conventional therapy tends to offer.
"I've spent years understanding how businesses work and years understanding how people work. Those two worlds aren't nearly as separate as they're often treated."
Travis Bogan, LCMHC · Licensed to practice clinical mental health counseling in North Carolina.
